Our Orakei shop is fortunate to be adjacent to some of the best riding routes in inner Auckland, suitable for all types of riders and PEVs.

Orakei Basin Boardwalk

Suitable for beginner riders.
Flat terrain, wide path.

Shared Path to St John

Suitable for beginner and intermediate riders.
Flat and rolling terrain, scenic, no roads.
7.2 km total.

Kohimarama Loop

Suitable for intermediate riders.
Varied terrain, very scenic, some road/footpath required.

Glendowie Loop

Suitable for intermediate riders, few optional more advanced patches.
Varied terrain, 200m change in elevation, very scenic.

Suitable for intermediate riders, few optional more advanced patches.

Riverhead Forest Trails

Suitable for intermediate and advanced riders.
Riverhead Forest has a wide variety of off-road trails. Some are shared with motorcycles, have horses, or are reserved for unpowered mountain bikes, so please check before riding.


Local PEV Communities

Some of the local eFoil riders, particularly in the Auckland region, belong to the WhatsApp E foiling group, where they share pictures, advice, and join other riders on the water. Please just contact us if you’d like join that group and we’ll put you in touch with a group admin.

The Auckland EUC Riders group organise regular PEV group rides around central Auckland, trail riding in Riverhead, and have a Messenger and public Facebook group where they discuss EUC-related topics and rides.

Evolve organise regular Group Rides for electric skateboarders around Auckland, and are happy for other PEV riders to join their rides.

The Colin Dale Park International Raceway is a purpose-built track currently under construction near Auckland airport for kart and other PEV racing, including EUCs and electric skateboards.
