Evolve Skateboards Service

It is important to keep your electric skateboard well maintained through a regular service schedule. This ensures a smooth and safe ride, and reduces the risk of future issues. Evolve have some helpful YouTube How To Guides, explaining how to perform basic servicing and maintenance, and how to replace simple components.

Atomic EV also provides a comprehensive range of service options for customers that don’t have the time or tools to perform their own regular servicing. All prices include the stated replacement parts.

Beginner Service

• Clean: trucks, deck, wheels and tyres (excludes grip tape cleaning).
• Adjust: bushings, belt tensions, and tyre pressures for all-terrain boards.
• Replace: pivot cups and bushings.
• Test: basic test of board operation.

Expert Service

• Clean: trucks, deck, wheels and tyres (excludes grip tape cleaning).
• Adjust: bushings, belt tensions, and tyre pressures for all-terrain boards.
• Replace: pivot cups and bushings with super carve bushings, stainless wheel bearings.
• Test: basic test of board operation.

Semi-Pro Service

• Clean: trucks, deck, wheels and tyres, drive gears (excludes grip tape cleaning).
• Adjust: bushings, belt tensions, and tyre pressures for all-terrain boards.
• Replace: pivot cups and bushings with super carve bushings, ceramic wheel bearings and ceramic drive gear bearings.
• Test: basic test of board operation.

Pro Service

• Clean: trucks, deck, wheels and tyres, drive gears (excludes grip tape cleaning).
• Adjust: bushings, belt tensions, and tyre pressures for all-terrain boards.
• Replace: pivot cups with riptide pivot cups, bushings with performance bushings, ceramic wheel bearings, ceramic drive gear bearings, drive belts.
• Test: complete board and remote operation, battery health through a load test to determine the condition of the battery.

Elite Service

• Clean: trucks, deck, wheels and tyres (excludes grip tape cleaning).
• Adjust: bushings, belt tensions, and tyre pressures for all-terrain boards.
• Replace: pivot cups with riptide pivot cups, bushings with performance bushings, ceramic wheel bearings, ceramic drive gear bearings, drive belts and drive gears.
• Test: complete board and remote operation, battery health through a load test to determine the condition of the battery.
