Description
Fliteboard Series 3
The best all-rounder for any level of experience and riding style. Short enough for performance with enough volume and stability to support early aquaplaning.
Fliteboard is Flite’s best selling board for any level of experience and riding style. Turn rivers, lakes and oceans into your playground. The Fliteboard 100 litre balances size, volume and shape to support a quick and stable aquaplaning experience. It has enough volume and stability to support riders up to 120kg.
Carbon, Fibreglass or Soft Top Board
Fliteboard comes with three board options: Carbon, Fibreglass, and the new Soft Top.
The Carbon boards showcase a new refined series 3 shape, made from premium PVC Sandwich Construction of carbon fibre and innegra, offering riders the ultimate weight to strength ratio.
Fibreglass is still a durable and high performance board but at a more accessible price. Boards comes in premium matte colours.
The Soft Top is constructed from fibreglass with a thick EVA foam top layer for extra comfort, safety, durability and grip with no added weight. Great for beginners and those who want a dent resistant surface when launching from a boat or dock.
Choice of Propulsion
The propulsion system provides the thrust that allows you to ride a Fliteboard autonomously without the need for wind or waves. Through the use of electric power, you can experience a quiet, emission-free ride on almost any body of water in a range of conditions.
Flite Propeller is the most versatile option, enjoyed by over 7,500 Fliteboarders since 2018. Flite Propeller offers a great mix of efficiency, thrust and safety (when using the Prop Guard that comes standard). All of the Flite wings have been designed to be ridden with Flite Propeller. The Cruiser range is the most popular for beginners. Then advance to faster, looser wings.
Flite Jet offers the safest and smoothest rides possible on an eFoil. Superior engineering by expert hydrodynamicists has created the world’s smallest, lowest drag eFoil jet. Flite Jet offers the smoothest ride ever, but doesn’t offer the same instant thrust and efficiency as Flite Propeller. Therefore, larger wings should be used, especially for heavier riders. Cruiser Jet wings have been specifically designed for Flite Jet, and are available in 1500 and 1800 sizes. Cruiser Jet wings have been designed for stability, glide and low to medium speeds. They’re ideal for learning or adventuring with, however they still provide a great ride for intermediate and advanced riders, especially when used in waves due to their superior glide.
The larger Flow wings are also great wings to pair with Flite Jet for intermediate and advanced riders. For example, Flow 1300 offers a very smooth yet agile ride with Flite Jet.
Dual Drive makes it easy to switch between the jet and a prop. This technology is built-in to all Series 3 boards.
Advanced Battery Technology
Flitecell is more than just the most durable portable marine battery on the market. It’s a major pillar powering Flite’s success. Flite’s range of Flitecells contain Phase Change Materials, which absorb and release energy. They provide enhanced thermal management, safety and longevity.
Flitecell uses the same premium quality 21700 cells as utilised in high power applications such as hypercars, providing incredible performance. Signature titanium plates make Flitecell highly resistant to any form of corrosion, while increasing impact resistance.
Battery safety has always been Flite’s number one priority, and they have developed a number of proprietary safety measures including sight glass and magnetic on/off.
Availability
Atomic EV has the most popular configurations of the extensive Flite range in our Orakei shop. However, we do not have every possible board colour, mast and wing combination in stock. If some components of your selected eFoil are listed as available on backorder we will work with the manufacturer to source your order internationally. In such cases our free shipping (for pickup in our shop or free delivery to a regional warehouse) still applies but delivery may take approximately two weeks. Occasionally for items in high demand the manufacturer might themselves have an item on backorder, so there could be further delays. Please just contact us if you are unsure or would like to check with us availability and anticipated delivery times.
