The Challenger comes with an extended 24 month warranty, and 18 months warranty on the battery pack.

Innovative Redundant Hall Sensor Systems

The Challenger revolutionarily implemented redundant hall sensor systems to allow the motor to be controlled more precisely. In case either hall sensor were to fail while riding, the other one can take over the task to avoid a cutout.

Smart Battery Management System

The smart BMS is one of the major updates for the V13 Challenger. It uses advanced algorithms to optimize the use of capacity and charging cycles in the long term. You can check the status of every parallel cell, which is also monitored by the motherboard all the time.

The V13 Challenger goes above and beyond to keep you protected with safety features. To ensure the driver board always has enough safety margin under any extreme conditions, the Challenger has 42 MOSFETs and 8 AWG phase conductor cables. Never worry about overload issues with promising safety margins.

All the MOSFETs are installed directly on the 200mm × 90mm Thermal Conductive Board, and two independent fans are used to cool the board.

The Challenger is well-sealed and offers IPX5 waterproofing ratings. This means you can relax and enjoy riding without worrying about weather conditions.
