For our eFoil customers Atomic EV has a small selection of personal flotation devices (PFD)/collision vests and a range of helmets specifically designed for water use.
It is always smart to wear some form of buoyancy vest when on the water, particularly when alone or far from shore. Water helmets are also recommended when learning to eFoil, when riding at speed or in rough conditions.
Our Water Sports Protection Range
The Flite PFD is certified to Australian Standards AS4758 level 50, recognised as a Type 403 life jacket by Maritime NZ. Our Audi e-tron foil by Aerofoils branded collision vests and helmets are made by popular European brand ION, and are quickly snapped up by other water sports enthusiasts whenever we have them in stock. Canadian brand Predator Helmets produce the Short Cut model for kayaking, which we find also very suitable for eFoiling, and the Uno model chosen by surf lifesavers.
